    My boyfriend and I meet at the Cheesecake Factory at the Baltimore Harbor. We came back there to celebrate our anniversary....     I had the Teriyaki Chicken, my other half had the club sandwich and salad. We got our beverages right away then the server disappeared for 15 minutes. Then we ordered and got our appetizer 20 minutes after that. I ordered a small salad and didn’t get it. We then were served dinner followed by cheesecake.     We visited The Cheesecake Factory at 119th St in Overland Park, KS last night for a child's birthday. We arrived with 5 children and 3 adults. After we were seated, we perused the menus and ordered our drinks. At this time, I asked the server to place my order, along with my 3 children's, on a separate check. He explained that he would do this at check-out. After many minutes, he returned with our drinks and asked for our order.     My husband and I drove from Decatur to St. Louis last night, a two-hour drive, so we could eat at the Cheesecake Factory and use a gift card we had received at Christmas. We knew the restaurant would be busy, given the holiday, so we called ahead at 6pm. We arrived about 30 minutes later, waited in line to check-in and then were given a pager and told our wait would be 10 minutes.   • "A Short Hold"



    We have been to several cheesecake factories. I work across the street from one and live in the neighborhood of another. I must say the one in Sterling VA has to have the worst take-out service. Every time you call someone says they'll put you on a short hold. After waiting six to eight minutes we call back and ask for the manager and it happens all over again.     Tried to complete the survey to receive a $10 gift card per receipt & cashier that waited on me. Searched site and could not find any survey or information on how to access it so I could complete it. Receipt states it must me completed within 3 days of the visit. This is a real farce and The Cheesecake Factory should be ashamed.     My wife and I were visiting in Fairfax . Va. and needed to have a night out together. We chose The Cheese Cake Factory for the meal. We were seated upon entry, the waitress was cordial and efficient and the food was not only exceptional but was economical. We stayed for about 11/2 hours because of the atmosphere and felt no pressure to leave. It was an exceptional evening. Please know that we are not adverse to complaints, we just didn't have any.     For the past seven years we’ve looked forward to our weekly visit to The Sawgrass Cheesecake Factory and often go twice in a week. We’ve worked our way through much of the menu and have enjoyed all of it. However our favorite meal is simply the Marguerita Pizzette and that really great Classic Burger with a Chardonay and a nice ale. The kitchen always responds to our special request for a high octane garlic mayo with the burger and fries. The staff is always polite and friendly, notably Judy, John, Daniel and Patricia.     Hello I was in your reasant 10-7-2009 my server name is Mario P he was not pleasant at all I had party of five the was about 10:00 pm. Mr Mario was touching all over on anther employee that was a male standing in front of us that was so disresptful. When it was time to pay our bill he couldn't do what we ask him to do which was two put two customer bill on there credit card he did one when it was time to do the another customer he had problem with it I didn't like it we ask for the manger he sad the manger couldn't do it either. 10/24/2013 at night my friend and I we decided to have a diner in your restaurant in San Juan Puerto Rico at 525 F.D. Roosevelt ave. Brand new Plaza Las Americas' restaurant. Since, I live in Miami,FL. and have experience to have great food and service in Aventura Mall Cheesecake Factory restaurant, she agreed. Unfortunately, it was big mistake. All started from appetizer's Caesar salad, which was overloaded with dressing that I could easy dip the bread in. I have no idea who created menu, but I have never seen before salmon fish in BBQ sauce, so we ordered just a grilled salmon with extra lemon on side for her. My part was supposed to be easy because Tune fish has to be raw in "wasabi sauce."( never seen either before). Side dish for Salmon dish was with broccoli and mashed potato were ok, but mashed potato was anyway taste like "end of the late night shift condition." Finally, my Tuna dish was TERRIBLE! I do not want talk about sides, but Tuna itself was medium cooked for whatever reason. I asked server is it be RAW and answered was "Yes." Probably, they cooked because fish cut was from the tail ( dish cost $25 + ) and I doubt that I could chew it easy. So, fish fell apart after I tried cut a piece. The wine order was taken without any mention what kind it is. I have asked to bring glass of red and white wine, but what kind they brought no idea. Overall check was $97.20 and

Tonight in Naples, Florida, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing briefly with the staff in the bar area. I say briefly because 3 servers passed on the opportunity to serve me. Initially, at 7:30 pm on Thursday, I asked to sit outside and was denied. So, I sat at a hightop in the bar area. First server asked me if the bartender (Ross or Russ) had helped me yet. I said no. Then he asked me if Tiffany had helped me. Again, I said no. Then he yelled to Tiffany that she had a table and she replied that she already had 6 tables. She then attempted to ask the bartender to serve my table because she was too busy, and he said no because he had to use the restroom. This ALL happened right in front of me. I heard every word. Obviously, I got up and left. I let the hostess know that I wasn't pleased. There are many, many restaurants in Naples. Just sayin'.

Worst of experiences. Has no concern for a persons alergies. They dont care if they make you sick, disappointed or if you dont return. That is not their concern it seems.They made me violently ill from an allergic reaction. I said im allergic to mushrooms and they brought it out with mushrooms i sent it back, they picked the mushrooms out and sent it back out but they missed a few of the mushrooms. They made me so sick. When I showed the manager how i was getting sick & how it still had mushrooms, the manager was like im sorry the chef was busy. I guess that makes it ok to make me sick.

FYI-The Cheesecake Factory website is NOT clear w/r/t posting feedback with or without receiving the $10.00 gift certificate for the patron's next visit to the restaurant. Regardless, I would like to praise our waiter's professional manner and extremely helpful service, which made our meal, about 2 weeks ago, very enjoyable! We dined at the Freehold, NJ site and Marc Miele was our fantastic waiter. I believe his manager is Gabriel Hebert. I do hope this feedback makes it's way back to the proper parties and that Marc gets the kudos that he well deserves. He is most certainly an asset to your organization! Thanks for contributing to a very enjoyable meal Marc :)))!

My friend and I had lunch there yesterday and it was excellent...I was told if I fill out the survey at the web address provided at bottom of my bill I would receive a $10 gift card...I would love to do that, but can not find the site where the survey is..only other people's comments..no where do I see a form to fill out...help! Yesterday we went to cheesecake factory, and it sucked first it took awhile for our drinks to come. When they came they had no straws we had to wait even longer for the waiter to come back for him to come with are straws that he had on him. then we had to wait an even longer time for are bread to come it wasn't warm but it wasn't cold it looked like the waiter had step on it we couldn't belive it. We asked for another one and warm even though the first one was asked to be warm. We waited then he brought the good bread because the other bread was bad as you can see the waiter only gave us one plate to eat the bread on and there was two of us. We ordered and it took like atleast 40 minutes a girl walked by with my order so I thought oh someone elso must have ordered the samething. After five to ten minutes the same girl with my order that walk off god knows where came back and put it on the table. Then brought my moms order I opened up the burger and it had everything I order not to be on it on it I send it back. The manager came out and asked us if everything was ok I told him that my order was wrong he said they were sorry about that and for me to order something like a soup or something to hold off my hunger now mind you I hadn't eat all day looking forward to eating at the cheesecake factory. I asked him if it would cost more he didn't answer so I no thanks. I waited even more about 35 minute for my new food it came right this time but the burger was even smaller now then it was when it came wrong now to let you in on something that burger was alot more big a year ago because it was two burger in one and it came with awhole load of fries. Now it just one burger patty in the burger and a few fries same with their other stuff getting smaller too but it's still the same price or it cost even more. Even the cheesecake we ordered was smaller then before but it cost more now. The people next to us got angry and left because they were unhappy with the services. This was at the millennium mall orlando fl.

My Husband, daughter & I enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the patio at the Greenwood Park Mall. The service was great,food delicious and I would highly recommend it. The portions are large enough to share.

Our chicken castallota was as usual very good, but the mashed potatoes were stone cold. The waitress did not return so we could tell her...we however, will return...great place.

We ate at the restaurant last night and received a notice for a $10.00 gift card if I would go to this website and give feedback. There was a Survey Code to use, but I don't find a place to tive feedback or use the Survey code.
