10/24/2013 at night my friend and I we decided to have a diner in your restaurant in San Juan Puerto Rico at 525 F.D. Roosevelt ave. Brand new Plaza Las Americas' restaurant. Since, I live in Miami,FL. and have experience to have great food and service in Aventura Mall Cheesecake Factory restaurant, she agreed. Unfortunately, it was big mistake. All started from appetizer's Caesar salad, which was overloaded with dressing that I could easy dip the bread in. I have no idea who created menu, but I have never seen before salmon fish in BBQ sauce, so we ordered just a grilled salmon with extra lemon on side for her. My part was supposed to be easy because Tune fish has to be raw in "wasabi sauce."( never seen either before). Side dish for Salmon dish was with broccoli and mashed potato were ok, but mashed potato was anyway taste like "end of the late night shift condition." Finally, my Tuna dish was TERRIBLE! I do not want talk about sides, but Tuna itself was medium cooked for whatever reason. I asked server is it be RAW and answered was "Yes." Probably, they cooked because fish cut was from the tail ( dish cost $25 + ) and I doubt that I could chew it easy. So, fish fell apart after I tried cut a piece. The wine order was taken without any mention what kind it is. I have asked to bring glass of red and white wine, but what kind they brought no idea. Overall check was $97.20 and
